Would You Believe

You can lose your place and it feels like there’s nobody out there

You try to explain and your chest just fills up with air

And it’s all you can do just to crack a smile when you really don’t want to

You think you’re ready then along comes your old friend despair

Would you believe, that I know what you long for?

Would you believe, there’s an angel calling your name?..I know

Do you belong in a sea of broken dreams?…I know what you mean.

Would you believe that there’s still a place for you in your own town

And a hand that want’s to hold your hand through the pain

And the restless spirit deep behind that poker face you still show

Drives the child that want’s to laugh again

Would you believe, that I know what you long for?

Would you believe, there’s an angel calling your name?..I know

Do you belong in a sea of broken dreams?…I know what you mean.

Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace my fears relieved

How precious did that grace appeared, the hour I first believed

Oh the hour I first believed

Would you believe, that I know what you long for?

Would you believe, there’s an angel calling your name?..I know

Do you belong in a sea of broken dreams?…I know what you mean.

Would you believe, that I know what you long for?

Would you believe, there’s an angel calling your name?..I know

Do you belong in a sea of broken dreams?…I know what you mean.
